Welcome to Destine Prep Charter School! 
We’re excited to have your family join Destine Prep for the 2025–2026 school year! To complete your child’s enrollment, please fill out the online pre-registration form. This can be done via mobile or PC. This is a critical step to ensure your student is fully enrolled and ready to start school in August. The most important documents and information to submit at this time include: • Student information and demographics (i.e. name, race, etc.) • Parent/guardian information and demographics (i.e. name, race, etc.) • Parent/guardian valid photo ID • Student birth certificate • Proof of address • Student IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable) While there are additional documents required as part of enrollment, you are not expected to submit them at the same time as the items listed above. However, all enrollment documents must be submitted no later than August 1, 2025. Remember, the system will time you out after 10 minutes if you are not active, so collect the information listed and be ready to upload attachments when you are in the pre-registration system. If a question is not applicable to you, simply skip it and continue to the next step. Parent Portal Access: The Parent Portal allows you to view important student information.
